Experts recommend that including a plate that is at least half filled with fresh produce can decrease migraine levels. Taking supplements that are known to help reduce the chances of a migraine. Finally, try to increase the levels of Omega-3 fats which are prevalent in seafood, flax seeds, walnuts, chia seeds, and hemp seeds for a healthy brain.
